I guess it's really up to the amount of time someone has to do that sort of thing. I think it's great if someone can do that on a 1:1 ratio, but with sometimes it's just not something we can do. @Ben Oh I agree with you! It's about the content you provide, but I liken TweetLater to voicemail. We can't always answer every phone call, so we have an automated message thanking the caller in advance and sometimes provide them with instructions on what to do next.
