Fresh Badge Generator
-
I’ve seen quite a few badge generators, but I don’t think I’ve seen one as good as Fresh Badge Generator.
In true Web 2.0 style, you can create numerous variations until you get just the right combination of color, font, glare, gloss, and shadow. You even have your choice of shapes: retro flower, sawtooth seal, rounded flower, or circle.
Feeling swirl-ish? No problem, just tell it by how much. Want to add a peel? You have your choice of making it a foil backing or the same as the image itself.
To show just how easy it is, I’ve made a few samples. Recognize these blogs?
If FBG was keeping track of user wishes, mine would be: allow 2-line text, larger font size (it goes up to 48 pt.), different shapes to choose from, and the ability to upload images would be nice, too.

Baron 2.0 looks like a peanut butter cup. LOL
Great job. I’m always amazed at some of the badges out there. Graphics was never my strong suit.

It sure does look like that!
Thanks, too. It is pretty neat how these sites improve over time to make things easier and faster.

Now if there was just a way to make it a scratch-n-sniff to make it smell like a peanut butter cup!

that would be a bad thing. I don’t know that I could explain why I tried to take a bite out of the monitor.
LOL

Wow, this is amazing. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I made a nifty little badge for a post that features a new campaign on my blog where you can purchase link space. It looks great and it’ll make the offer look twice as appealing. I love all of your finds.

Hmm, my spider-sense tells me you have plans for this generator.

Oh well, I don’t know about that… But I sure could have used it about a year ago when I only knew how to use MSPAINT!!
This is an amazing tool for people who want to quickly and effectively create some “KILLER” buttons for their blogs or sites. Its an excellent find, man… nice work dude.

I look forward to seeing how the contest will pan out. Christine and I were also talking about BAO and your application. She is going to be contacting you with some details tomorrow.

Garry
