Free Jooce Account Giveaways

  • Jooce: free cool desktopJooce is a step up from the cool desktops you’ve seen on the Web. And as far as cool desktops go, this one is pretty cool.

    Sporting a Web 2.0 look, jooce is currently in invitation-only mode. Want an invitation? Read on.

    Jooce: free cool desktop

    Jooce is your online hub for your files, music, videos, and chat. It even allows you to share files with other jooce friends in a way I haven’t seen before. If those friends have a desktop they’ve made open to you, you can simply drag and drop a file(s) to it. It’s all private and secure, too.

    And if you want, you can leave things for your friends to come download off your Joocetop.

    Like other cool desktops, you can add as many folders as you want and that includes nested folders as well. Uploading files is a breeze.

    The service comes with a default contact named Neville, the black sheep mascot. He’ll help get you started by showing you his joocetop where he’s left you some goodies. When you find something you like, just drop it onto your own joocetop icon.

    Jooce: free cool desktop

    So if all this sounds cool to you and you’d like to give it a go, I have some special promotional URLs to giveaway that will allow you to create your own jooce account. If you want one, just leave me a comment on this post and I’ll email one to you.

    No need to make your email address publicly displayed — I’ll see it in my control panel. And don’t worry, I hate spam, too! :)

  11. has anyone found a way to search for jooce users?

    @Parker
    I have an idea you can try. While viewing your desktop, bring your mouse over to the left of the screen. That should pop open the contacts list (if it’s not already open, of course). Next, click on the “+” at the bottom of that window. This, in turn, will pop-up another small window where you can enter a name.

    Now, I found this window a bit misleading because it appears as though you can only ADD someone. But I found that if you type in someone’s name you actually get a list of results, assuming, of course, someone has the name you type in. Give that a shot and let me know how it goes for you. And thanks for stopping by!
