Ever Hear Of Google Recipe Search? Me Neither
December 8, 2007
Working from recipes with pictures makes things so much easier for me. If I have an idea of what it’s supposed to look like, then I can tell if I want to make it or not.
When I learned about Google Recipe search, I fell in love. It has a robust search form with criteria allowing you to search on total fat content, carbs, carolies, preparation time, what type of course you’re interested in, what type of cuisine (American, French, German, etc.), and several other.

The results all have images attached to them so you know right then if you think that’s a dish you want to spend time making or not. When you rollover the image you get a nifty summary pop-up.

For holiday entertainment or anytime entertainment, I’m bookmarking this one.

Now that’s some good stuff there. Makes a big difference being able to actually see what the recipe should turn in to.

@David
Absolutely! I’m a “paint by numbers” kind of guy when it comes to baking/cooking, so seeing the end product definitely helps. Good to see you here buddy!
Nice find!
