Drummin’ Up Some Link Love #10

by Mark Sierra on June 23, 2007

Finally, I made it to an even 10! Here’s the latest list of inductees to my Drum Corps:

Garry Conn

If you don’t know Garry, then you need to right away. First and foremost I find him to be a genuinely nice and helpful guy. He’s a full-time blogger — no kidding! Check out his MBL profile. I’m sure you’d be hard-pressed to find another profile there that you have to scroll down a dozen times just to see all the “Sites and blogs I author”. His blog is chock full of blogging tips in easy-to-understand language. He’s open to exchanging links with visitors, too. I also have plans to have him guest blog on MAMD in the future so stay tuned!

Bush Mackel

I just recently discovered Bush’s blog and a very nice one it is. He’s another fan of tech, gaming, and blogging. He recently did a comparison on three feed readers that you should check out.

TechCorner

Benedict and I just started conversing between our blogs and have found similar interests. He enjoys writing about technology, software and such. I found a post where he talks about IrfanView, one of my favorite tools I’ve been using for years.

Kyle’s Cove dot Com

Kyle is clearly an expert on technology as depicted by his most popular posts. One of the “best of” variety that caught my attention is the extensive list of WordPress plugins. If you’re a WP blogger, be sure to check out his post. I’ve already found one I’ll be installing soon.

Acquire Wisdom

An uplifting site, Sam gives you reasons to improve your overall well-being. From reminding us to do things for others to using body language to help us achieve success.

Do you know of a blog that should be in my Drum Corps? Should your blog be one of them? Let me know and I’ll look them over. :)

Thanks for the mention!

Yes, that Wordpress list is great. Part of what makes it great is the reader participation, which has caused the list to grow and be more effective.

You know it’s hard to believe it’s been years already since Irfanview first came out. I’ve been using it for what seems like forever as well :)

It’s funny you say that because I consider it the grandfather of free image editors. I’ve used other utilities like it since then, but I often find myself going back to IrfanView for simple things just because it does it quicker.

grandfather ;-) Agreed!

That is a great encouragement to me and it really means a lot!
Once again, Thank you.
Best Wishes
