Day Three Of Thanks

I’m thankful that through a combination of perseverance, thought, and a little dumb luck that we avoided a costly repair for our clothes washer.

We recently purchased a used but newer-than-the-ones-we-had washer and dryer over the weekend. We had to lay them on their sides in our minivan to get them home.

When we hooked up the washer, we noticed that drum was constantly leaning toward one side and it was leaking. We thought we had been taken.

We laid it on its side to see if we could determine the cause by looking underneath it. Didn’t find anything. Then we thought maybe if we laid it on its other side, the drum might fall back into alignment.

We heard this “twong” and thought we either broke it or fixed it.

You know what? It actually corrected the problem. Thank you, Lord!
